The work outs are going well. I have not lost the weight that I had hoped, but I am feeling stronger everyday. I am also not winded when I walk upstairs! Woo Hoo! (I posted about it today if you want to know more.)

That's exactly how I feel! I've referred to nature and the feel of the sun on my face as kisses from God. Wow!
